Roy, CEO of SureScore, comes from a long line of educators, as both his parents began their careers as educators, and even his great grandfather, who served as the superintendent of a small school in Nebraska, was an educator. An NHI program alum, former staff at NHI HQ (and former Houston Astro!), Roy launched SureScore in 1995. SureScore delivers college preparation services to public schools. To date, SureScore has worked with nearly two million students, and has been featured on Inc. Magazine's Fastest Growing Companies in the United States four times.

Roy is an accomplished public speaker and is the author or co-author of 17 books focused on testing and college preparation strategies. Roy has delivered more than 800 training sessions to teachers, students, parents, and administrators. Roy has also done extensive work regarding predictive analytics and how they can be leveraged to better inform both individuals and organizations for the outcomes they seek.
