Mary Randers currently serves as Dean of Admission at Willamette University, where she's worked since 2018. Throughout a dedicated career in higher education she has not only worked for several selective, liberal arts colleges, and also served as the Dean of College Prep at a K-12 charter school within the Uplift Education network in Dallas, TX. Mary has a passion for college access, and the transformative power of higher education especially when students find their best college fit. She has presented at regional and national conferences on admission communication and marketing and test-optional admission. In her time outside of work, Mary is an avid reader, traveler, and hiker.
